Do you want to get rid of it or do you want one? You can't pinch it away with your fingers. You'll need plastic surgery for that. What they might do for that is place a plastic or some other type of material in a strip underneath the dimple to pop it out, or they may do fat injections, although I don't know if you can get rid of it completely.
