I am in a situation where my self-worth is being attacked and I let it get to me. Now I am looking to get back to myself again, stay positive. Any ideas of what works?

Go out and buy you a pretty notebook or journal. Every day write down good things about your self, every day find at least one thing...this will help you to focus on all the good things about yourself and you wont even think about the negative. you will want to do more positive things so you can add them to your journal. Most of the time when people attack other peoples self worth they are feeling bad about them selves and for some reason that i dont understand it makes them feel better to tear others down...Dont let anyone do this to you. Find the good things about yourself and read about them everyday!!!!

When I'm not feeling good about myself it helps me to do things that help me feel better. Sleeping properly,showering/washing my hair daily, wearing nice clothes, eating healthy, exercise, getting fresh air, watching a good comedy (laughter is so wonderful), listening to good music and phoning positive minded friends.

It means that we acknowledge our bad situation but we would not speak about anything bad, and speak only of a good outcome, even though we know deep in side that things are looking bad. Further, we are scared to death inside us but repress from showing it to others.
