For my module product: Does MP3 wit solar panel work???

i tinkin of building MP3 for my module which have solar panel as cover to generate eletricity. but i nt sure whether it work? i wan to noe whether the rate of energy created by solar is is higher or lower than the energy used by the MP3? ( take in a size of a normal MP3)

Most MP3s use about a watt. That means you'd need at least a 2 watt panel with battery backup. Not too practical for pocket size.
