Has anyone been to Ruth Chris Steak house on the plaza in KC MO? I am planning on going there for a private dinner. I heard it's really expensive...anyone know how much per person? How is the staff, the food and the atmosphere?

Ruth Chris is a really nice steakhouse. I haven't been to the one in KC, but I have been to the Ruth Chris in Dallas and Cancun. At Prime Steakhouses, everything is sold a la carte. Which means that you may order a $50 steak, but that doesn't include a salad or side. You will need to order those items seperatly. Ruth Chris is considered fine dining, so there will be linen clothes on the table, and your server will be very gracious. If you are going for dinner, make sure to dress like you were going to a meeting or church, and try to not wear sandals, or flip flops. You will have a wonderful time, and if it's a private dinner, you will probably be treated to dinner. The average per head cost will be around $60 / without wine or drinks, $70-$80 with drinks.
