I believe my drivers license will be suspend for no insurance at the time I was involved in a car accident. Should I get a license in that state (Georgia) before my license is suspended?
I am deeply ashamed of not having insurance. However, it is my belief that I was not at fault for the accident. Unfortunately my state is a contributory negligence state. If I am found even 1% responsible I will be liable for a sum considerably greater than 1%. My foolish act has already cost me well over 10 thousand dollars, about 1/3 of my yearly after tax earnings.

I have to travel to work. I hope to avoid devastating damage to myself and my children.

If your license is suspended in one state, you cannnot get one in another state and they will see that you have a suspended license when you try to apply for one. Also you cannot have a license in more than one state. If you apply for a license in Georgia you will have to surrender your other one.

fact is that not all states share license info. but depending on the state you presently live in would that apply most border states share i.e. Fla& ga.&al. no state can revoke a license from another state. they can suspend your right to drive in that state. some states will honor the request of the state. not that i say what you've done is right but since you put kids in it. to answer your question you should do what your asking because ga. probably won't even send it back to the origin state. if that doesn't work out then you'll have to apply for a restricted license. Good luck. look at it this way" even college costs money. "

Sure, go for it, if you are actually moved. You can't get the licence before moving though. But, once your first licence is suspended, your new one will be suspended as well. Sorry, this has happened, but the suspension will be in effect in every province and state until it is lifted. Your recourse is to pursue a limited suspension that allows driving to and from work.

No, all states percentage info. you'll elect a clearance letter from Alaska to observe in the different state. An occupational license would properly be issued in case you qualify, this permits you to emphasize to and from artwork in hardship-free words, and would not erase the region in Alaska.
