The best way to diet, without feeling hungry, is to do two things. The first is to lessen the calories, but not the portions that you eat. Eating vegetables and fruit will fill your stomach as well as junk food, but you take in fewer calories. The second is to have something to do to take your mind off your hunger. People feel hungry anytime their blood sugar drops, but this does not mean that the body actually needs food. Having a distraction that gets you moving gives you more energy and makes you feel hungry less often

I'm not a nutritionist, but using my advise my best friend lost (and kept off) about ninety pounds.
First, the majority of the calories you consume should be eaten in the mornings (before 11 AM). ALWAYS drink a full eight ounces of water before eating. Try to eat an orange or grapefruit about 30 minutes before a meal. Break your meals down to five small meals rather than three large ones.
DO NOT EVEN BUY junk food. That includes chips, ALL soda (even diet), sweetened cereals, cake mixes, candies...
Find a thrift store and buy a smaller diameter dinner plate. It'll make it look like you are eating a lot when you're actually eating less.
Buy vegies and fruits that you can cut up and use as snacks when you get the munchies. If you are the type that eats from boredom, this also helps.
EXERCISE!! Walk your dog - if you don't have one, walk your neighbor's! Walking briskly is an excellent way to stimulate your cardiovascular system and burn calories. And you'll probably meet healthy minded people.

Last, but definitely not least - STOP weighing yourself. As you tone your body, realize that muscle weighs more than fat. As you get in shape, your clothes will let you know your progress. Scales are the best way I know of to become discouraged and give up on steps to a healthy lifestyle.

Also realize, one day you are going to wake up feeling absolutely great. You may not be the size 3 or 5 you planned on being, but you can be at the peak of your personal health at a size 12. It's your health that counts, NOT your dress size.

Lifestyle changes can be challenging, but you'll reap the benefits for years longer than you would staying unhealthy....
GOOD LUCK!

You can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you like so fill up on these anytime. Drink plenty of water as sometimes your body mistakes hunger for actual thirst and a glass of water can help you stave off the "hunger". Eat little but often and avoid all sugary snacks, fast foods. Anything artificial. Walking 30 - 40 minutes a day is great for burning up the calories and reducing cellulite too. If you exercise aswell as diet you will see faster results and feel much healthier for it! Good luck.

I started using Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system and Advanced Cell Therapy energy drink on July 15, 2006. I have lost 35 pounds since. The protein ice cream drink, citrus boosters, and supplements all contain hoodia. On the 2nd day, I noticed I was eating less and I didn't make trips to the snack machine at the office.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.
