This question never seems to go away. I served my time in the Army and when I came back home I got asked this question ALL the time. YES females should be put on the front line with men to fight. I know plenty of men that are weaker than most females. In this day of age you would think that the caveman era was gone. Seeing first hand how the military are towards female made me NOT to reenlist....so YES YES and YES females can get the job done on the front line!

As modern war doesn't seem to have a front line the women are already fighting and dying in Iraq and Afghanistan. You put women in supply and they get attacked while delivering the supplies. So for all practical purposes women already are fighting. So might as well make it official.

Anyone who can pass the fitness and marksmanship tests should be able to fight on the front line.

I have served with women at the front - no problems. Any man who has had a girlfriend knows women can handle themselves.

Must go - the wife has told me to wash up.

I believe they already do serve on the front line. They are commanders, fighter pilots, helicopter pilots (TammyDuckworth) ect...

They have a choice, I think the soldiers not prioritising whose wounded properly and giving wome priority is flimsy. Though the women themselves have to realise if they are captured they will be gang raped and sodomised.
