you have the same symptoms as with real pregnancy. i don't know of any idicative symptoms that can reveal that it is a psuedo pregnancy. your body is convinced that you are in fact pregnant when no pregnancy exists. there have even been cases where the women with psuedo pregnancies experienced the belly growth, and looked pregnant for several months. this pseudo pregnancy is quite common in women who have had miscarriages, or women who have a very hard time concieving or can't concieve at all. they want to be pregnant so badly they actually convince their bodies and themselves they are. they have all the signs and symptoms, positive pregnancy test and absence of period. hope this helps you some. and i hope that if you are experiencing this that you will come through with a lot of support. and i hope you will concieve soon.
