Vegetables contain fibers and generally have more nutrients than fast foods. They're also low on fats for the most part.
Fast foods contain a lot of saturated fats and cholesterol, with less of the nutrients a vegetable meal would contain. Fast foods also generally have trans fats, which lower the "good" cholesterol in the body and increase the "bad" cholesterol, which blocks arteries.

Vegetables are better than fast food because vegetables are natural. There are more health benefits such as vitimans and anti-oxidants that you will not find in fast food. Most fast foods are loaded with fat, cholestorol and calories. Not to mention that too much fried food is bad for you anyway.
