I will ask God for help. Jesus saved us from ourselves he is the living word of God but he did so by thr grace of God. "I am a jealous God,You will have no others before me." Thats the credo i follow. Thank Jesus for giving his life to save ours but thank God first for allowing him to do so. Peace too you.

Were I a christian, yesterday would have been the last day I prayed for the USA. I do not pray for dictatorships.

We are now under a dictatorship. When a government may imprison on hearsay, without declaring the charges, without allowing legal representation, without allowing the review of evidence and witnesses against the accused, without the right to contest such imprisonment, that records of the imprisonment can be declared national secrets, that the existence of the prison itself can be declared a national secret, where conviction based on testimony extracted by torture can be grounds for a death sentence, it is no longer a democracy.

Rest in peace, USA, the bright light shines no more.

If I had a little talk with Jesus, I would urge him to turn out the vote to defeat this evil, self serving administration starting with the mid term congressional elections.
Didn't He bring down the temple to rid it of the money lenders? Bingo! We have a precedence.

I do and I certainly hope others will pray for my country and the leaders. Prayer brings about a change.

But Jesus turned and said to them, "Daughters of Jerusalem, don't weep for me, but weep for yourselves and for your children. For the days are coming when they will say, 'Fortunate indeed are the women who are childless, the wombs that have not borne a child and the breasts that have never nursed.' People will beg the mountains to fall on them and the hills to bury them. For if these things are done when the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?

I will meditate for proper leadership of our country. Actions seem to get more done, however - so hope that action occurs soon and we bring our troops home asap.

Yeah. We had a little "growing up talk" about 60 years ago. However, JC is so fed up with the US and her leadership ( LOL) that he turned off his hearing aid. And I for one don't blame him.

I got a number disconnected. He must've left town. Anyway, once things get too bad mother nature will step in and take care of the problem with a nice earthquake or tornado.
