An entity is just something that exists. It would do to ask -- Is God complex?
Since God is Love we can ask -- Is Love Complex? I don't really think so, but it is the most misunderstood thing in the world.
So my answer is that God is not complex except to the complex and not confusing except to the confused.
In formal logic your question reflects what was once called the black and white fallacy. The age of consent is 18. I propose we lower it to 17. You come back and argue that if we lower the age to 17 then why not 16, then, 15, then 14, then 13, etc. This is not a logical argument but many people today seem to think it is. If they use it, it must be logical, right.
Your idea opens up to the black and white fallacy because a creator is in concept always first cause.
Let complexity C = 1. If it is true that C=1 then it must follow that 1=C and if 1=C then it follows that there must be another 1 in there somewhere!
How about 1=1C? But wasn't 1 already there to begin with? Could we say if 1=1C that 1=2 and 1C=2. Oh no, we must subtract God so it would have to be 1+1C=0. That must be it. Perhaps we could just understand that complexity has to equal something and therefore cannot equal zero. If complexity were zero how could it cancel out anything? --Let's do it right. Let God = 1 and C= complexity. Thus 1+C=1 which means complexity must =0; or was one zero to begin with?
Wait! How about: 1
COMPLEXITY IS GOD! All Hail Complexity. Why didn't I see this before? lol Excuse me I must visit my other patients.

I think the way I see God is as the Beginning with no ending and God is the infinity of all time and of all creation. So where does one go to get an answer ? I have no clue, but it is our belief that if God was there in the beginning, where and what is God ? Everyone since man started to question life, and where we came from has millions of theories and beliefs. I am sure it will continue for millions of years to come until we all get to met God and then we all will see and understand that God may be as I see God as a part of our very own life and being and is always within us, whether good or bad, we just have to recognize our inner self and see the goodness that is our nature and allow it to be us, and use it in God's direction as we see our God wanting us. Anyway, who is our God as we all seem to have different views about him too ? Only time and our demise will tell. PS: I am not a holy roller I am just telling you the way I see it and I believe that if there is a GOD-- He or She will always be on the lookout for me wherever I go and it comes out as my conscience.

No, God is the creator of all.
He is more complex than the human mind can comprehend.

I would like to know who says that anything complex has to have a creator. It seems like another man-made saying.
"…man is not Life, but a recipient of life..." AC 2021
"…man is a recipient of love and wisdom from the Lord..." DLW 231

What we know as God is the "I AM!" The first THOUGHT, or
REALIZATION. Being aware of it's existence.
The Creator God is probably a whole dimension of reality all by itself.
