I need to add my signature for everyone to see in a folder of pictures so when i develop them everyone can see my signature.

Photo shop should come with a Water Mark Facility where you can 'embedded' your details(To Avoid Copy write issues and illegal reproduction of your Images)

Hi, you can use Google picasa to help your photo editing.
picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google
