I have her book and I followed the menu's in there etc and lost quite a bit of weight.
Well worth the £11 I paid for it.

To be honest, if she's an advert for what you could look like if you follow her regime then bring on the beer and curry. She is such a hypocrite; never has a photograph been so heavily air-brushed as the one on the back cover of her book.

I doubt any 7 day plan is worth the read, unless its designed for 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
Dieting quick fixes don't work.
She's the poo sniffer off the telly though so I would give her book a go!

I do have one of her books, lost about 8pounds but couldn`t keep up so I gave up....true what the others have written,she`s a bit cranky and seven day diet plans are NOT ADVISABLE.
