Well, I stayed up all night to catch up on schoolwork, and being only 9:00 AM, I am absolutely dead tired. I've already drank 3 cups of coffee throughout this mess, and I've eaten but I still feel like I'm on the verge of sleeping, which I'm trying to avoid. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Sorry, but forcing yourself to stay awake without adequate rest is damaging to your health and I don't suggest it. Besides, your ability to retain information declines after about 4 hours of studying. Give yourself a break and catch up on some sleep!

Spend about 10 minutes quietly deep breathing.

Also ginseng works. An energy drink like Full Throttle. Found at the convenience store.

You should have done your homework before you decided to do whatever it was that took all of your time to begin with.

The body NEEDS 8 hours of sleep per night, in order to function properly, and the brain and body of a teenager needs closer to 9 hours.

Luckily, you'll probably just fall asleep in school.

If the coffee isn't working, more caffiene probably won't work.

Stay caught up on your schoolwork, and you won't have this problem. Get some sleep tonight. There isn't really any substitute for it!

Drink lots of coffee. It saved me staying 24-48 hour practicing medicine.

Lay down for as long as you can. Even a couple of hours of sleep will help.
