I use Arbonne's Body Care duo and it comes in a gorgeous tote! I get the whole thing for just $20! It is an anti-aging body care system!

The set includes Nutrimin C Body Serum and Nutrimin C Body lotion. When used together, my skin is amazing. My dry heels have gotten softer and stopped craking and flaking, my knees are smoother and so are my elbows and my skin doesn't look old anymore! I love that stuff! My daughter loves the way it smells, in fact, she just took some with her to school today to share with her teachers!

I can show you real before and after pictures. If you'd like a free sample, just ask!

Do you use an sunscreen lotion when outdoors? Also it is really good to drink at least 6 glasses of water per day, and eat fruit and vegetables.

In combination try not to use any chemical based products and try some home made or natural methods and moisterizers.
Banana Supreme Facial Mask
(dry skin)
2 medium bananas
* honey optional
Mash bananas with a fork...dont over mash or it will be too runny. Add honey* if desired. Smooth over skin, let sit for 10 minutes, rinse off with cool water.

Bananas are eaten fresh and used in salads, desserts, breads, and candy. Bananas are a good source of ascorbic acid (Vit. C), Vitamin B 6 , and potassium.

Honey is primarily composed of fructose, glucose and water. It also contains other sugars as well trace enzymes, minerals, vitamins and amino acids.

Dermatitis is aggravated by dehumidified air, especially during winter months when forced-air heat circulates in the home. Since dry air tends to aggravate the itching of eczema or dermatitis, keeping indoor air moist should be a primary concern of sufferers and their families. You can counter dry air with a good humidifier, but you really need a big unit to do any good. If you sleep next to it however, that's ok. Put it next to your bed.

- For a great moisturizer try olive oil: this healthy fat is good for you, and is great for your skin. You can also use it to soothe sunburned skin.

u need to have a whole body scrub (get rid of dry/dead skin), drinks plenty of water everyday, moisturize everytime after u shower and before goin to bed, eat lots of fruits and vegetables (for vitamin C), do not smoke, have a well balance diet. All this will help improve your health, change will slowly be visible within months.. No miracle change in a day my dear. Hope that helps. :)

You need to be sure to drink alot of water. Your skin can show dehydration. Also a good skin care regimn is key. I use AVEDA products. If you go to an AVEDA salon/spa and get a basic facial you can ask the esthitician what would be best for you.

If your dry skin is on your body try Keri Overnight Deep Conditioning Lotion.
This stuff is great, and you won't believe this but the best thing I have found to moisturize feet is going to be found in your kitchen.
My sister in law swears by Crisco shortening to soften her feet- I have been using it for about 1 month and am totally amazed at how soft my feet have become.
