I'm a candidate for Air Force OTS and SUPT. I've already had my MEPS physical and now the next step is the flight physical. What exactly can I expect from this? What's different about a flight physical than a MEPS physical? (other than the fact that it's administered by an Air Force flight surgeon) I guess my specific question is, will they be sticking me inside a G-chamber to measure my breathing and heart rate?

a flight physical is done by military aviation standards and reviewed by the flight surgeon. the flight surgeon is going to look over your paperwork more diligently and asking more direct questions. any other histories that the meps didn't catch. basically they will redo what the meps people did. except the bloodwork. they will test your eyesight more and measure you. hope this helps. it's better to catch everything early and prevent wasting more money on unlikely candidates. g-chamber, no.

maybe if you are going to be a jet fighter pilot.

If you are already in the Air Force you should be surrounded by pilots who would know. Ask them.
