Apparently we can all claim common genetics in some way, so why don't we suspect all claims to anything, suspend all fighting, and just give in to whatever group is the most obnoxious? Look up the definition of race. It includes those with religion in common. Furthermore, if Jews are suggesting that their ancestors claimed specific land AFTER other groups left, then the argument by Jews would still hold up. This isn't an issue I'm entirely concerned with to be honest. But any time a Ron Paul supporter comes on anywhere and wants to talk like they know everything and all others are idiots, well, I want to prove my idiocy. :)

the Dome of the rock( not a mosque ) has not much importance value to the Israelite, it is the Masjidil-Aqsa situated further from it is more important to them.
Important in the sense that they regard that site as the previous Solomon Temple.
There hav been evidence of the Isreal gov is digging beneath the Mosque to look for artifact, and this in turn will lead to the fall of the Masjidil-Aqsa, thus they can build back their temple so their messiah will arrive once that has occurs.

That mosque is God's way of continuing the ban on Jewish Temple Worship which he used the Romans to originally enforce in 70 AD.
Present day Jews need to look to Jesus Christ for true peace and fulfilment.
Nothing less will do.

The Dome of the Rock is built on the place where God told the Jews to build His temple. It is the holiest place in the world for Jews, and it's unfortunate that Muslims usurped it to try to promote their claim that their religion is the corrected version of ours and superior. It just shows the monumental arrogance inherent in all proselytizing religions. The Dome of the Rock on the sight of God's temple is an unfortunate historical reality, but I think we have to live with it for now.
Edit,
Do you not realize that the book of Revalations is not part of our Bible? It is arrogant for you to recommend that we follow Christian teaching.

Rev 13. 9 10 does not at all fit your question. It would be quite difficult to reclaim what is now a mosque,I wish they could
I believe the ark of the covenant to be there.

we feel bad that there is a foreign temple in such a holy place, but on the bright side, since jews are not allowed in those areas these days (technical stuff), it is actually a blessing in disguise -- otherwise jews would be violated serious judaic laws be treading there.
in any case, we're not looking to "get it back". in fact, we're not looking to get anything except peace.

At some point, the dome will cease to exist, and we will be able to rebuild our Temple there.
