Of course they can... but keep in mind they can also take hi to financial ruin...

A man needs to know her...inside and out. Her habits with money. Job history...etc...

it doesn't make a difference how much or little a man makes if it all gets spent.

Women can also be a big part in giving men to the motivation to succeed... and once they do...refer back to the first part of my answer.

I don't lead him to financial success. He does the leading for that. BUT, I am the one who leads him to financial stability and retention of wealth through practicing thrift. He wouldn't still have what he does without me.

I think they can encourage, but women themselves cannot do it,. the man must WANT to do it for himself. If the woman gave the man an ultimatum, this would give him momentum to do something with his life. Also, women who are just supportive seem to have a better chance at pointing her man in the right direction. You can be there for your man, and encourage him to live out his dream in life, or even just something he would enjoy doing for the rest of their lives.

Absolutely.....we can make or break a man...me Im trying to make mine....been standing behind him for years...hasnt always been easy but there has to be light at the end of the tunnel right?!
