I'm pretty sure Nakama (仲間) means friends, buddies, comrades... etc... Any term of endearment for a friendship close to you.
It is also a city in Fukuoka. (中間市)
Baka (ばか) means idiot, fool. Mostly idiot, but can carry off into those other strains. It's usually a quite derogatory term usually used in Tokyo.
Sorry, but I'm not sure what ossan means....
