It is possible - I did it a few weeks ago - the propblem is that your hair will be quite dry. You are right aboyut the red first - the other thing i found that was the colour faded very quickly - i presume thats cos the hair doesnt hold the red very well.
Good luck - hope you are happy with the results

You can dye your hair brown, but I suggest you put a red shade on first or it may go GREEN!! I had my hair bleached years ago and wanted to go back to brown and this is what I done and it works fine.

Bleached or stipped hair will GRAB the color and it will be MUCH darker than you expect. If your hair is bleached and you wish to return to a color more like your own natural color you should seek the assistance of a professional hair dresser.

If you attempt to dye it and it comes out black or next to black, you'll likely need to have your hair stripped and re-dyed anyway.

Good luck!

Be careful it doesn't go green, I think you have to do it red first. I'd get it done professionally, when I tried it myself I had to get it sorted out because it went a horrid sludgy colour!

Yes, but you need to have your hair filled with the underlying pigments that are present in brown hair. Your stylist will know this. If it isnt fille your hair will be very muddy and the color will not last as long

when going darker on bleached hair, you have to put back in what it is missing (warmth) It doesn't necessarily mean you have to add straight red. If your stylist is any good then they will know exactly what to do so don't worry.

Yes but do your self a favor and don't use the stuff out of a box. Either go to a salon or go to a beauty supply store and mix the stuff yourself. It is not that hard and much better for your hair.

I think you need to strip the bleach out first. I wouldnt risk it yourself, check with a hairdresser for advice.

you can dye it brown but the trouble with blonde hair it doesnt have pigmintation " a base color" so you will have to seal it you can buy this in a red tint apply it rinse then. color brown or whatever dark color you choose but remember you must seal blonde hair before!!! cause brown is a green base and blonde and green??? yea see what i mean ......lol good luck it will be fine:-)

Yes you can...you can go darker with bleached hair without damaging it however you can't go any lighter because you'll have to re bleach it...that causes alot of damage.
