Should I offer to make a brew or sit here thirsty waiting for someone else to do it?

dont die of thirst my friend, make everyone a brew but make sure to spit in theirs for being lazy. or ask one lump or two and lump a bogey in for every one they want.

I'd sit thirsty before I would go and make it - hate making tea! I have however made some Millionaire's Shortbread this afternoon, so if I give you some, it might give someone in your house the hint? What do you think?

If you live in Brisbane, look up the Bacchus Brewing Company in Capalaba. I have had a brew made up by them.
It's open to the Public and they have plenty of open days.
You select one from their list. Lots of overseas ones also.They bottle it all up for you and you just go and pick it up. Not much effort required and they taste fantastic.

Put the kettle on. Then go and sit back down and innocently forget you switched it on. That way you show willing but someone else usually makes the tea.

its a battle of wills and you cant lose, just sit and wait someone else is probably as thirsty as you and waiting for you to get up and make it. just be patient

Offer to make one, it gets you away from your desk for five minutes and sorts out your thirst!

Make yourself a drink, refill the kettle, switch it on, go back and tell the others "kettles on if you need it". I am enjoying a cuppa at the moment, so you enjoy yours. xx
