Has anyone had/have bad or crazy dreams while pregnant? Right now I am 2 and half months pregnant and I am having bad dreams or crazy dreams every night! I wake up scared! Before I got pregnant I NEVER had dreams. I was told that back in the 80's they had a pill that cured morning sickness, which caused bad dreams in women, but they discontinued it because they found out it was making babies comes out disbaled. Has anyone else experienced these bad dreams?

Mostly all of them are bad dreams about my baby! Last night I dreamed that someone hung me up by my arms and tried squeezing my baby out of me! :-/

yes i had bad dreams when i was pregant with my son 6 years ago, its hormonal. Don't worry about them or dwell on them coz it will stress you out, and thats not good for you or your baby. as you will tell your child one day "they're just bad dreams, they're not real". Enjoy your pregnancy!! The drug you are referring to is called thamidamide I think and yes you are right, it caused abnormallities in babies so they no longer used it. This was back in the 50's 60's and 70's.
Good Luck and CONGRATULATIONS!!! XxX

I had dreams that i gave birth to a dog but she was the most beautiful dog i had ever seen.
I also had a dream that my baby was growing inside of me with no sac or amniotic fluid. When she would kick i would see her foot pushing through my skin and her face looked so weird just being covered by a thin layer of skin.
Most pregnant women have very vivid dreams that they actually remember. They will go away in time.

Dont worry lots of people i know (including myself) had really bad dreams while pregnant. I used to dream of men in black suits and bowler hats coming after me to take the baby out!!!! It was always someone trying to harm the baby then theyd let me go! all my babies were perfectly fine and the dreams stopped when they were born

I had horrid and disturbing graphic dreams. ( mostly about ways the baby came or was forced out, or how he developed.)It's common for pregnant women to have vivid dreams. Your emotions are way out there and your body is chemically altered. Movies I watched were really bad for my dreams. everything disturbed them.
Here's a link with a little info on dreams while pregnant...

YES YES and YES!!! I had the weirdest dreams when I was pregnant with my kids. I had nightmares every night and remembered all of them as if they were real. My doctor said it was very normal, and after I had my kids, the dreams went away.

Oh yes indeedy...really wild, vivid dreams while I was pregnant...almost all of them involving my as -yet-unborn child. It's perfectly normal so please don't do what I did and wake up and punch your husband in the head just because he left you for the delivery room nurse who looked a whole lot like Elle MacPherson!

My older sister experienced the EXACT same thing. She had bad dreams for almost every day during her pregnancy.

My wife had these TERRIBLE dreams that the baby was born and i was molesting the child.
It took nearly a month to convince her of it otherwise and put an awful strain on things.
