must i do exercise,starve myself,stop eating carbohydrates,what am i supposed to do.pls help me out of this

If you are unsure about how to loose weight, see you GP who will be able to refer you to a nutritionist/dietitian who will help you understand how much of which foods you should eat. Your GP can also recommend what exercise you should do.

Find a glycemic index (the web has one somewhere) and eat carbohydrates that are low glycemically (like the green leafys). The trick to losing weight is to eat foods that do not make insulin react. When insulin overreacts it puts too much food into the cells, which some of them store (as fat) for future use. So you don't have to starve, but you do have to eat smart. Foods that make insulin react are those that turn into high amounts of sugar (blood glucose) or do it quickly - mainly processed foods, sugar, alcohol, caffeine - in other words - everything we like.

exercise at least 30 minutes a day if it be walking eat fruits veggies salads tuna fish chicken it'll help
