You never know these things, because of the genes but I can say this, being the tallest or not the tallest does not make a person the best. So, just be the best at who you are and what you can do and stay in great shape, then you will shine, nobody will notice how tall you are, they will notice you! So just be geourgeous you!
I used to stand next to a girl that was 6 inches taller than me, she thought she was the hotest thing in the world, then when the men got up close and saw the difference in the shape and form, they went for me, not her, she never understood this. I did. is this a question that concerns you about sports or something like that? I never saw a question asked the way you have asked this. yes, I am answering from USA. How about you?

It really depend s on the gene they inherited from your parents, and their diet to some extent. At least good diet will help them reach their actual height and maybe add some?!
At times, tall adults also tend to be tall as kids, therefore, maybe the taller one may be the taller of the two.
Finally, I read in a health book that the height of a two year old boy is approximately half his height when he is fully grown. So if you knew their height when they were two years old, multiple that by two and that might give you an idea of their height when they are fully grown.

I don't really get what you are trying to say but that depends on genes. Everyone turns out different so you cannot really tell exactly how tall your brothers will be by the age of 21. There are some things that would say that it will make you taller but they don't really work.

If you meant who would be taller... no one knows because its how much they grow in a year. You wouldn't know their heights unless you wait until they turn 21.
