bacteria has already formed on it. throw it away. the air conditioner isn't a refrigerator.

according to the FDA:
Health & Nutrition: Food Safety and Quality
How long can leftovers be left out of the refrigerator?
Hot foods should be refrigerated as soon as possible after cooking (within two hours). Don't keep food if it's been standing out for more than two hours. Don't taste-test it, either. Even a small amount of contaminated food can cause illness.

Date leftovers so they can be used within a safe time. Generally, they remain safe when refrigerated for three to five days. If in doubt, throw it out, "It's not worth a food-borne illness for the small amount of food usually involved."

I don't believe it was out too long to eat. I wouldn't let it go any longer, though. All of us are not rich enough to just throw it out, and I seriously don't believe it would be bad to the point of making you sick. I am sure it will still taste fine, too. The main reason I feel this way is because it is cooked all the way. If it was raw chicken I would definitely say throw it out. When you reheat foods, to at least 165F, you do kill the bacteria. At that point it is a matter of what they leave behind. As with any living organism that consumes some form of nutrition (food), they also create waste (poop). This is actually what makes spoiled foods smell, look, and taste bad. Without reheating, you are consuming all the bacteria that grew in the food while they are alive, thus taking live bacteria into your body. that would be pushing your luck. So make sure you reheat to at least 165 degrees.

Yuk throw it away. It might not make you sick but just imagine all the little particles that float around in the air landing in your lasagna all night long. YUK!

It is NOT ok to eat it. Food has to be refrigerated within two hours or bacteria starts to grow. It is spoiled and could send you to the hospital.

sorry but you need to toss it. Between the meat and the cheese you have a mixture for food poisoning sitting there waiting for you.

If it has meat in it, you'll probably have to chuck it. If it's meatless u should be ok.

If you're feeling brave, though, you could nuke up just a teeny piece whether it has meat or not, just have a bite or 2 & play the waiting game. If you don't have to run to the bathroom w/ in 15 minutes, you'll probably be fine. Hope this helps!! :)
