Take out the tampon? (it's almost just too early, though!!)

I always removed the tampon and insterted another when I was finished "downloading". Didn't matter how "early" . Besides you should change the tampons fairly frequently anyway regardless of what the package says. I never went longer than an hour 1/2 without changing. Fact, all of the women who devloped Toxic Shock Syndrome kept there tampons in place for 2 hours or more. Food for thought

Take the tampon out, clean yourself off and wash your hands before putting a new one in.

Try a bigger tampon! It takes a while to get back into shape, as you probably know, so maybe just use towels for a while while your bits sort themselves out.

Just replace it as necessary. It's inconveniant but it takes awhile for the walls of your vagina to recoup, especially after having 3 babies in a row. I replace mine after a #2 just for sanitary purposes. That little string can harbour alot of yuck.

Take it out and wipe down with a bunch of baby-wipes. I always keep a bunch of them on hand. Post-baby times can be yucky.
Tampons are cheap. Don't risk getting your front infected by your rear.
