i don't really wanna be fat,dont have time for exercises,pls tell me,the kind of things to do,drink or eat to maintain a slim nature

walkin once a day eat healty and drink plenty of water its sounds hard but believe me it gets easier im now doing it 3 weeks and already I have lost weight and feel great

u need to excercise regulary instead of surfing the internet maybe? or maybe walk to work, or cycle, at lest part of the journey, then jsut dont eat too much fatty food eg burgers, fast food chocolate. and eat more fruit vegetables etc.

well what ever you do just don't starve yourself, it doesn't help at all.

you could try the go ahead products and drink lots of water (try drinking it warm rather then cold)
