well, my dear, if your father is Syrian and your mother is Russian, then in my view you are both Syrian and Russian! And since you are born in Russia that will make you a Russian native citizen, but that doesn't mean that you are not Syrian. You are still half Syrian and Russian. :D

if you were born in Russia, you are Russian. Why would you want to be Syrian these days? they are the bad guys right now, supplying palestinian terrorists with weapons.

well,being borned in Russia,u are a citizen of Russia.But only de facto.De yure u can decide,when u become 18-to be a citizen of Russia or not.But,if the law allowes,you can take both-Syrian and Russian. =)
