well, my dear, if your father is Syrian and your mother is Russian, then in my view you are both Syrian and Russian! And since you are born in Russia that will make you a Russian native citizen, but that doesn't mean that you are not Syrian. You are still half Syrian and Russian. :D

well,being borned in Russia,u are a citizen of Russia.But only de facto.De yure u can decide,when u become 18-to be a citizen of Russia or not.But,if the law allowes,you can take both-Syrian and Russian. =)
