i am a bold kind of person, so unfortunately i have been rejected many times, i say go for it, whats to lose? you'll be no worse off if you ask and he said he dosnt want to date right now. but if you dont ask then you'll always be wondering........

i would talk if it was just an easy comment about something we both see. and if i feel easy around the guy.
but in most cases i would avoid. if he sees me, i would give a shy smile (as i know myself) but would not make the first step if it was a really cute guy. maybe a conversation might initiate..who knows.

personaly me, never go first .. Even the guy looks awesome.. Its probable my parents.they raised me, taht a guy has to do this..Guy has to win ur heart. im 22 and i never went first.. Cause nomatter what, boy has to like u more than u do him. my frineds (boys) use to say, taht its tacky to refuse if a girl asks you to go out.. So theu agree nomatter if they dont like you... the problem is, u dont know if he is interested in you... Of course, if a guy comes first u still cant be sure, he doesnt want to play with you only...
Listen to ur heart.. Gut feeling has to let u know what to do.
Ask him to come to a party, or to go to drink tea.. You make little lie.. u can ask him to go to petco saying, taht ur friend is ill and u wnat to make her day... :))))

well i guess u could smile at him a couple times. do the whole eye contact thing. and if u want wait till he approaches u instead. lol try not to be random with the approaching him part.

i would probaby wait a while before saying anything and then just say hi or something. if you ask him if he's seeing someone right when you meet him that might make it seem like you are desperate or something
