This is the answer I gave to others who had bad skin. Give it a try.

There's one cardinal rule for never getting pimples, ever.

Follow this very simple rule scrupulously: Keep your skin absolutely 100% CLEAN!

NEVER touch your face with your fingers. Anything you put on your face should be clean and sanitized. This includes makeup, creams, lotions, pillows, bedsheets, scarves, spectacles, cell phones, accessories, your own hair, and other people's hands or belongings.

If you think something may not be clean, then don't let it touch your face.

If you think you may be scratching your face in your sleep, rinse your hands with water mixed with a bit of antiseptic (like Dettol) before bedtime.

You have to be disciplined and consistent and stick to it. You'll soon stop having any more pimples.

Eat a balanced, nutritious diet. Drink plenty of water (distilled is best) with meals and in between meals. Avoid any kind of processed fats and oils, and anything with food additives. Use only cold-pressed oils, and also take the oil vitamin supplements - A, D, E K (cod liver oil).

While you're on your way to pimple-free paradise, you might want to try applying diluted cider vinegar on your face twice a day, morning and night. This normalizes the skin's PH level. Apply with cotton wool and rinse off after 5 to 10 minutes or leave to dry on the face.

Good luck.

I have read lots of wonderful things about coconut oil, both used in the diet and as topical products. I suggest doing a little research to see if this is for you, but in the meantime you might want to try The Body Shop's Coconut Body Butter. Make sure it's the COCONUT and not the Coco butter. My dad had found relief with this product for a recurring itching rash on his legs.

scary.. maybe what your skin need is a break. Try light cleanser like physiogel or cetaphil. Eat vegetables and fruits for one month so that the "dirt" will be flush out of your system. Drinking lots of water will help. Stay away from stress.

wow no wonder your in pain. try looking all those up in a medical dctionary...you will see why your in pain. Those ingrediants are way to strong for your skin.

Try washing skin in an oatmeal soap. Its pure and natural. It wont irrate the skin or burn. Oatmeal soap or baths is the best solution for things like measels or chicken pocks. If oatmeal can handle those then try that and let me know what happened.
