Um, Pizza! Um, No, maybe fried chicken! Wait, Okay Laud (that's a Thia dish) No, wait, Arg, you know this really is not a fair question! 'cause I am a Chef. Unless it has like eight eyes and more than four creepy crawly legs, I pretty much eat it!
Hmm, Prim rib with a backed potato and Au ju. No, Alaskan King crab with hot garlic butter and winter squash. Ooh, Sauteed shrimp in white wine sauce with Cauliflower Florette's, no maybe a nice easy Beef stir-fry with Jasmin rice. Okay maybe I should just stick to breakfast, yes, that would be much easier. Um, eggs Benedict with fresh hollandais and sweet ham. No, big fluffy pancakes with home made maple syrup and fresh cream butter. No, eggs scrambled with Portabella mushrooms and Swiss cheese?
Okay, I give! I don't think I can answer this question, on the grounds that it just isn't possible for me to choose.
Sorry!
P.S. Please ignore my spelling, now I'm hungry and I just can't think strait.

Mine is Perogies.(Peddaha). Pizza is my 2nd favourute food
Perogie dough (can be used for Pizza dough)
2-3 cups flour, 2 tbps baking powder. 2-3 tbps cooking oil
mix all together ( except 1/4- 1/2 cup flour reserve that for now)
ad water as needed while mixing items above until clings together and somewhat thicker than cottage cheese..
next light sprinkle some reserved flour on clean flat surface..
then roll some dough out on floured surface to about construction paper thinness then sprinkle with flour and flip over
did it hold together? If yes then cut into squares or use glass
rim edge and cut circles.. after cut put a filling on each circle
or square a little off center.. a baby spoon works great for this then fold over in triangular or half circle shape.. seal edges well with your .fingers. drop in water or else cooking oil brought to boiling point! Put all the circles or squares filled with your chosen filling in the pot of oil or water. Cover turn off heat
wait a few moments drink cup a coffee or two. Oh left over dough you can make all sorts of things with it... Pizza, Pretzels,
bread sticks, Spagetti. Well for perogie filling I usually use
cottage cheese and mashed potato or fried saukeraut with onions.
if U want you can put mash potato with cheddar cheese and pizza tomato seasoning or what U want..
If you do the latter you'll have the truly original pizza pops if the
filled perogies are dropped in cooking oil!
After your finished your coffee check the perogies.. they should be done.. If they are in water they should all be floating
above. If they are in oil they should be a nice golden brown!
Enjoy!
