Just who are the clowns?

Having just read about the new incentive to intergrate immigrants into the UK . the Gov have come up with the idea that if you learn them to clown around, spin plates on sticks etc etc, it will help them with the English Language. But the icing on the cake is the fact that we the Tax Payer foot the bill yet again at £2,000 a go!
Is the Gov working together with Barnums's, ?
Or are they starting their own circus ready for the next election?

I believe the U.K. Government is in with my great U.S. OF A. I don't think it is only a matter of money, We in th U.K. or the U.S. forget about the citizens who have lost their jobs or the families that are homeless and have little hope. We continue to allow our governments to open arms and welcome these people. We have no room and we need to take care of our natural born citizens FIRST! Wake up people we do not have the resources or jobs to dish out to immigrants. I get so tired of hearing they do jobs that Americans won't do. Well I can't raise my family and pay bills on $8/hr. But an Mexican can, for every U.S. $1 it is worth $7 in Mexico. Wouldn't you work for $56/hr.? And they do not put back into our economy, How many own homes, they send away for their clothes from Mexico because you can buy designer jeans for pennies. They live with 10 plus people in a house that is rented so their living expense are minimal. I know this because I work with them they brag and I am the minority. People take the blinders off and get serious.

rodeo clowns dont have a lack of life desire, they are there to absorb time throughout slack time in rodeos and to make human beings snigger at them and actually some the time they are the first ones up the inventory panels. the bullfighters (cowboy safe practices) are those in the front of the chutes and are using a lot less "conflict paint" those days besides because the barrelmen because it is a discomfort in the butt to get off after a rodeo. EDIT: TUT, that bull replaced into in basic terms searching for a hankie to flow.

Well, it has to be said that you yourself could do with a little help with the English language. Obviously no-one has taught you the difference between 'to learn' and 'to teach'. You also use both singular and plural verbs with the subject 'the Gov'...viz: 'the Gov have...' and 'Is the Gov.....' - one or the other, but not both! Also your first sentence makes no sense - 'Having just read about the new incentive to integrate (sp) immigrants into the UK'. Errrrr..... having just read about it, then what?

It's funny, you know, we accuse immigrants of not integrating properly, speaking the English language and such.

But you see, they are integrating wonderfully well really, as clearly demonstrated by their complete inability to master a second language.

You cannot be more English than that, is'ent it.
