Now I'm doing 1st yr PUC(pre university college) after 2nd yr should i do diploma or should i go for BE?

BETTER YOU GO BE AFTER 12TH DIPLOMA IN THESE HAVE LESS VALUE.

Diploma or BE what is your objective? a good job at the end.
As far my information goes a diploma holder gets tough time to get a job today and ultimately he goes for lateral entry BE. hence i will advise you to go for BE after ur PUC. Prepare for JEE and get5 a seat in premier institution like IIT's or NIT's .

Do BE if you can, more value in long run, good chance of higher education Like ME, or Ph.D.

if you are not in a great hurry to finish studies and take up a job and if you have the means go in for B.E.

Go for BE.
Diploma makes you a supervisor and BE makes you a engineer.
