its 4 yrs of ma wedding n i have one son of 3 yrs i want to have another kid but i am not conceiving another kid i went to doctor but the doctor said i have no problem but still i am not conceiving wat shud i do help me out plz

Pray! I am in a similar situation! Only thing I am working woman and very stressed out at the end of the day.

I'll help you with one basic fact. Check your ovulation pattern. How? After your periods are thru, within 10 to 15 days you will notice a white transparent mucus like discharge followed by some pain in the abdomen area, this is the time of extreme fertility. On these days you can engage in you know what! If you can check and find that it should help you. If you notice that the discharge is thick and not slimy you need doctors help because various factors can be responsible for causing this.

Drinking a lot of water, adding iron to your daily meals (especially spinach and leafy greens can increase mucus) The more slimy the mucus the better it is for conception.

Try this and above all pray hard! Ask God for this wonderful blessing! And pray for me too!

My sister & a friend of ours had that same problem. My sister had two other kids and decided she wanted to have a third child (I have no clue why) but seem to be haveing problem getting pregnant so she went to doctor to see if everything was okay and the doctor said she was fine. Then she started taking folic acid pills because our friend who had no kids took folic acids pills and ended up pregnant. All I can say within a month or so of taking these pills my sister ended up pregnant but you have to be consistent when taking these pills and the great thing about it is that these pills are completely safe because even the doctors prescribe these pills as prenatal vitamins to prenant woman. Keep a chart of your morning temperature. You should see an increase in your temperature around the time of ovulation. In general have less sex but concentrate it more around the time you are ovulating. Once you get a chart and see if you are regular, you can do it a lot just before and during and after ovulation. If you are trying often throughout the month, your man may be having a lower sperm count than he would in these concentrated periods of activity. You did it once—you can do it again.
