Has anyone in the UK had significant weight loss/appetite suppressant results from taking Hoodia? If yes, which brand did you use?

From USA, worked for me but in large doses. I just can't believe that I don't want to eat. This is something new to me and I don't totally like it because I am use to snacking all day.
Pretty expensive, 60 capsules at 400 mg each, 6 capsules a day, the bottle will only last 10 days at $39.99 per bottle. One month would cost $120.00.
I have been on the "Hoodia Supreme" by Natures Benefits
According to the bottle, you only need to take 2 capsules at 400 mg each once daily. That did nothing for me, so I did some research on the web and found that GNC sales Hoodia at 500 mg per capsule and you are allow to take upto 6 capsules a day.
So, I take 6 capsules daily (through out the day) which total to 2400mg. No side effects, still working out, but I am finding that I am having a little be more energy which I didn't think that I would since my calorie intake is down by 1500 daily.

I am hoping to remain on it for 10 days to learn to gain back control over my eating then stop taking the capsule and try to eat with control again.

i am not in the uk but i have used hoodia in the states. the one i used is called mega hoodia by now. it works great....i noticed that my appetite was suppressed and i had alot more energy...
i did a bit of research on it before i took it and i could not find any harmful side effects. also, i found that many companies were not reliable producers of this product so my suggestion to you would be to research the brand you are considering taking before you spend the money on a product that is not what it claims to be.

I am not in the UK also, but I know this product is available in the UK. I have used Stack Body Tune Up weight loss system. It has a protein ice cream drink, citrus boosters, and supplements. All three have hoodia and I noticed on the second day that my cravings went down. I ate less at lunch and dinner and I didn't go to the snack machines.

Apparently Phytopharm hold the patent for Hoodia, so I'd say their product was the best and most researched.
