I admit to being at war with irrationality and lack of logic and I am aggressive in my treatment of ultra-conservative Christians. Even many Christians have to concede that these are people who lie and twist facts to further their own agenda. I adhere to the user policy of this board but as regards Christian evangelicals I don't have any intention of using half measures when I'm challenging their perverse beliefs.

I don't understand why this is necessary either. Most of my friends are non-Christians, but we don't have a problem, and can discuss our beliefs. I just don't get why some people on here feel the need to hurl abuse at Christians for our beliefs.

I never argue with my non-christian friends either, it's just that when you come on here and you ask a serious question about your religion and someone just answers it with an insult then it gets a little annoying. And this is the religion part isn't it? So why on earth come on here to take the mick? Its a little rude don't you think?

Ironic, isn't it? If anything, you'd think people would be GLAD to be acquainted with a religion totally unlike their own. Wouldn't it make them happier with their own faith, to see the "opposite" one? It would only serve to highlight their own beliefs and give them more reason to hold fast to what they serve.

It's interesting to see that certain religions are full of accusations, and others aren't. My objective observation is that Christians think atheists are damned, and atheists think Christians are damned stupid. They each feel compelled to point out each other's weakness.

Bible Nazis are attempting to take control of the government so that they can use the coercive power of the state to shove their god down my throat. If that isn't a declaration of war against reason and logic, I don't know what is. If we do nothing, they WILL win and Humanity will lose.

Hallo. I'm new to the section, so I can't comment. But there's always a big fight going on at the various Yahoo Answer topics. Just look at the immigration section and you'll see.

there will always continue to be conflict until such time as everyone respects the free will and rights of others.

because christians and non-christians alike, both include ignorant people that just create conflict to get attention. there are bad apples in every group. these people are the ones who everyone complains about, and they love it.

I'm non christian myself but I still respect others religions & beliefs.

There just seem to be select few a$$holes from either side (believers and non believers), who enjoy causing trouble and making everyone else look bad.
