My cat has been less active than normal and is running a temprature of 104. She is eating (somewhat less than usual) and using the liter box. She seems to have lost some weight. Her brother is showing no symptoms.

OMG...Take her to the vet ASAP! I recently had an incident with my kitty and she nearly died! A Usual temp is just over about 101 degrees.
If she is at 104 and showing other symptoms, this is nothing to mess around with....please take her to the vet!

I wouldn't call 104 a fever as it is only 1 degree above normal body temp. I would take her to the vet for a health check just to be sure, but not worry unless something else seems to be going on.

About 350 or when the meat easily pulls off of the bone.
