Take a walk, try relaxation. There are some C.D.s available that have very relaxing sounds such as nature, oceans, and they help me relax. If you have alot of stress try taking a pillow and slam it against the wall. I used my fist on a door once, but that wasnt a very smart thing to do!!!

I certainly wish I had ever answer to this. Stress is a normal part of most everyone's life. How you handle it is the key of how it will effect you life on a day to day basis.

The key to handling stress is to head it straight on, not run from it. Come up with solutions of making the stress a little less overwhelming. Whether it's talking about it to someone or just to take some time for yourself like taking a nice hot bath or even taking a weekend get-a-way to power yourself up. Of course, some stress is just unmanageable and people have to resort to taking medication. Myself, I like to try to handle on my own. Meditation is a good thing. Soothing music, the bubble bath.

Of course those aren't solutions really to free yourself of stress, but it does help sometime relieve the stress.

While you may think it's not a solution but holding your breath and counting to 10 isn't such a bad thing to do either. You may of course have to count over 10 but for some it does help them.

Stress can lead to health problems or death. "The easy button" is real.
I hit mine all the time. STRESS MAKES YOUR LIFE A MESS.
Easy as 1-2-3
-Is there a real problem?
-can U control it ? ( can U do anything about it?)
-If yes> do what U can- If no> DON'T WORY ABOUT IT(period)
When it rains, do U cry? Does the world end?
NO, if U have to go out, U just take an umbrela, if U don't have one then it's simple isn't it- U either stay inside or U get wet.
see.....were is the stress, if U cant control it, don't worry about it.

well well well......it all depends if u r married or not...if u r married then get far from u r wife and start looking at some cool chicks for a couple of minutes it does wonders to u r stress level count!
and if u r not married then go and watch some married women swaying off....it does help......if u r at work and stressed out then jjust take a break go to the bathroom and wet u r head ..it relieves u r stress. and the best thing i like is have sex when u r stressed .....Hmm it relieves like nothing is better

If you can't get rid of the stress maybe you need to be on an medication to control it. I am Bipolar and take medications daily. When I was young they just put you on a Tranquilizer such as Xanax, Klonapin or Valium. Good Luck

Close your eyes, take some deep breathes in through your nose and out with your mouth and imagine yourself somewhere you'd love to be (like the beach etc). You can also try aromatherapy candles etc. You can take a hot shower or bath as well. Meditation works well if you know how and it can be hard at first. If the above seems to "Zen" or "New Age" you can take up a sport where you can take it out or workout at the gym.

Stress is inevitable. Prioritize. Take little steps. Make lists and cross things off (shows you are productively working at removing things that may cause stress). Don't overreact. Exercise. Think, "this too shall pass." And tell yourself that stressing over it won't relieve the stress.

when i get stressed which is most days i go to the swimming baths or to the gym ang if thats closed i play with my dog she always ends up making me smile :-)

drink some water then breath deep from your stomach and then go for a walk and think about what is bothering you , then get your gun out and shoot who ever is really peein you off. if no one comes to see you about this, clean your gun and go to 7-11 and get a slurppee

i take herbal tea (my fave is twinning lemon twist) while relaxing on a couch then just listening to Enya music....that should calm you down....
