I'd like to know how much to give to the priest for a christening. Its Saturday and I have no idea. I'm in Ireland so anyone in Ireland would be most helpful but otherwise any nudge in the right direction would be appreciated. Thanks

You don't have to pay for Christening, however, it is customary to make a small donation to the Church. Whatever amount, be it small or great, will be appreciated.

Sir,

I do not know the answer to your question but I must apologize for "Deepest" blue who obviously has no manners. I have reported him for abuse based on "not an answer."

As for you, Deepest Blue, if you really are a Muslim and you are fasting for Ramadhan then it is my opinion that you broke your fast today and need to make it up after Ramadhan. Based on your arrogance and feelings of superiority, Allah had no need for your hunger today.

And Allah knows best.

Peace and Blessings,

Salim

There is no set amount, but $25 to $50 would certainly suffice.

Do what feels comfortable.

A subscription to Boys Life would be sufficient

No, everything in church is free , I believe that there is no order or rule to pay , but there are customs that you can pay as agift not as a price for any service
