If you can, buy one of those hot water bags or those beans bags you put in the microwave and place it on your stomach. OR Take Advil (or any other pills that contain Ibuprofen). It'll get rid of any inflamation that may cause the cramps. Stay away from Tylenol because it doesn't relieve any cramps. OR Take a straight shot of brandy. I'm not even kidding! It works wonders. All you need is one shot, which will automatically relax all your muscles and completely take away all your cramps and aches for a couple of hours! That's all I have for now. Hope it helps. ;)

Not that I've found yet and I have been looking for over ten years. I tried the pill, primrose oil, Advil, eliminating caffeine and I still get such god awful periods. If you find something please let me know. The first three days of my period are so bad I think I'm dying.

Eat some extra portions of brown rice, a few more kiwis and also make sure that you get enough garlic (which can be taken easily in form of odourless capsules - one a day), since garlic improves the fluidity of the blood.
