Hardly any chocolate in milk chocolate, it contains mostly
milk solids and sugar. Dark chocolate on the otherhand
contains lots of coca butter.

milk chocolate is dark chocolate with extra sugar and cocoa buttar. so you are getting more of the baddies and less of the antioxidants

Besides less fat and more cocoa, it has less sugar as well. Also doesn't need as many preservatives.
