Well, the Lazzi bus terminal is right opposite the main railway station of S. Maria Novella in Florence .
Once at the bus terminal you just have to cross the street to reach the train station.

they are next door neighbors..literally. takes about 10 sec. to get from the lazzi bus station to the santa maria novella train station.
