Hello!! :o) People often make the mistake of thinking that their worth is based on how much someone ELSE thinks they're worth. In other words - IF someone ELSE thinks I'm OK - then - and ONLY then - am I OK. And that's the first big mistake people make when it comes to wanting to have a boyfriend/girlfriend. Would having a guy ask you out MAKE you any less 'ugly' or 'slightly big'?! No. So really - it's not about HIM - is it?! It's about YOU and how YOU feel about YOU. One of the most attractive qualities a person can have is self-confidence. I don't mean arrogance. I mean - being OK with who they ARE. Very few people want to be with someone who constantly needs reassuring. "No baby - you're not fat!!" Or "No baby - you're NOT ugly!!" Well... who wants THAT responsibility?! No me. And I'm sure you wouldn't want it either. So how do you get a guy to ask you out? Forget how you LOOK and work on WHO YOU ARE!! Become someone a person would WANT to ask out. Become someone who is thoughtful and kind and considerate and friendly and nice and so on. Have you ever noticed that really pretty people [male or female] who are not NICE - start to look not so pretty after awhile?! The same is true the other way around. People that are nice to be with - soon become attractive - no matter WHAT they look like. If you want someone to care about YOU - first start by caring about yourself. Have a great day!! Craig!! :o)

There are ways to change your appearance, and if being slightly big is your only problem it is not that hard. Running and swimming are both great workouts that keep you thin -- when I was on the cross country team, all the runs made me lose so much weight that I was too thin. It's also important to eat healthy -- lots of fruits and vegetables and smaller portions.
Then when you're a weight you're happy with, buy some attractive clothes, go to a salon and have them make your hair look good and wear some makeup ... then he'll be begging you to go out with him. Good luck!

No one is ugly...people who say that are jealous and have a really bad personality. I am slightly big as well....but when I like a guy I just talk to him and get to know him a little more. Once we see that we have a lot in common, we start to hang out and end up really liking each other. Just be yourself.

Try to act confident. The more confident you act the more people will look at you. If you think you are slightly big do something about it exercise. Self confidence goes along way.
