I saw one of my friends kissing a guy.And i dont know what to say really.Is it bad?Or should I say romantic?

Just because your friend was kissing a guy, doesn't mean she's in love. So long as it doesn't go beyond kissing, I wouldn't say it's bad. Should they become sexually active at that age though - that, in my opinion, would be bad.
And love at 14 is extremely rare, but it can happen if the person's emotionally mature enough. I fell in love at 14, I'm now 24 and still in love with the same person (the only person I've ever been in love with).

Try not fall in love at such age cause its all puppy love. Why expose urself all the danger (like being hurt, cheated). I know its a wonderful feeling to be in love. It will be a different thing when u're in college...... I don't know if u'll regret or not. Its ur choice of life.

Its definitely not love. You have to be mature enough for that. It must be a crush and I think its normal to have a crush at 14. Just ask your friend about it.

Kissing isn't anything when you are 14 Im sorry it just fun... Kiss all you want. Cause when you get stuck with some old hag and have to kiss her the rest of your life you are gonna look back and wish you would have been more frivilous.

that's not falling in love. They like each other and have feelings towards each other. But that doesn't mean they are in love (yet) It is possible but very unlikely at that age.
