My fiance and i are getting married in october, and I'll still be in school and can't take time off. We will be going on our honeymoon during Christmas break, but we want to go somewhere right after the wedding, just for the weekend. Where is a good place to go? Secluded and romantic

This same situation happened to me. I am a teacher and got married in the beginning of June whenI was tsill teaching. We had to go on our honeymoon in August. That weekend we wanted to go away, and my family suggested we try the Ceasars Pocono Resorts. We stayed at Paradise stream and it was wonderfull. It was only for 2 nights and 3 days, but we had breakfast in bed (room service) everyday, which is at no extra cost. We got a free bottle of champagne and piece of wood for our fire place and all sorts of bath salts and oils for free because it was our honeymoon. We had requested a room that had a jacuzzi tub and a small indoor pool it was very romantic. There are so many rooms like this at the several resorts they have. Another great thing was that this was a couples only resort no kids!!!! There are activites during the day if you want to participate and a sitdown dinner at night (the food is great). There is also a nightly entertainment (comedians, shows ...) I'll give you the website so you can see for yourself, but I highly recommend it.

Tan-ta-ra Resort, lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. That would be your best option. They have great on site restaurants, spa, indoor pools and great honeymoon suites and packages. The area has an outlet mall and fine dining. FUN, FUN and ROMANCE.
Branson, Missouri. You can get great shows like the Dixie Stampede. I would recomend the Radisson Hotel Honey Moon suite. It's reasonably priced (about $200) and they have Romance packages available. They have a private floor for the suites and they have free breakfast and free hors d'ouvres and cocktails in the evening. The room is spacious and luxurious, has a great jacuzzi and the bed is sooo comfty (sleep number bed). There is s good outlet mall, and plenty of shows if you are into shows.
Chicago!!! So much to see and do. but $$$$$
Kansas City. You can go to this great romantic Bed and Breakfast in Independence Missouri called the Woodstock inn. The owners are very nice and the breakfast is luxurious. The rooms are beautiful and the place is quiet and romantic. The suites have jacuzzis. Independen has beutiful fine restaurants and you can even go on a historic wagon ride. You can follow yor trip going to Harrah's casino, o to The Plaza in Kansas City, where youc an fine fine shopping, entretaiment and dining. (Tiffany's, Cheesecake factory, Mac&Grill and this great fine seafood restaurant across Banana Republic to name a few)

For the weekend, you should go somewhere that you can drive to in under three hours. You don't say where in the Midwest you are. Geneva, Illinois is a quaint little place with some quiet bed and breakfasts. There are resort lodges in Wisconsin near Lake Geneva that are romantic as well.

as long as you are alone together it will be romantic! why not stay at home, lock the doors and enjoy for free what you could have otherwise paid a fortune for!enjoy your life together and be happy in each others company..

What you adult males truly opt to do, is to easily be mutually. on my own, no youthful ones, and to easily communicate. no count number what, there remains believe subject matters that really opt to be resolved. you are able to't have an outstanding romantic weekend with issues on your chest. So take this chance to truly take because the youngsters isn't round to disturb you.

I GUESS A NICE HOTEL ROOM IN FRONT OF THE BEACH WITH GLASS WINDOW FACING THE SUNSET AND WATCHING IT SETS AFTER MAKING LOVE WILL BE VERY NICE!
