diet is important but more important is excercise of swimming it will help you alot i can bet you
as for diet juices and fruits (some of them) no alcohol and no cow meat its very warm.
try to eat chicken if you like
and spnich and some other vegtable

Meat, chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables, milk, good quality food. Avoid a lot of sweets, empty carbs, such as chips, junk food and alcoholic drinks. Eat sensibility. Don't over indulge. You can eat ice cream, good quality items that don't have a lot of empty calories. Drink plenty of water, exercise, get proper rest, and you should do just fine.

Apparently guiness is good for you at about 3 pints a week because it contains a lot of iron. Other than that just eat healthily but my advice would be to go to your local doctor and ask them.
