My boyfriend and i use to have dat kind of arguement. He'll ignore me and not want to look at me. But after a few talks, and getting through to each other, i finally realize that i've make him really angry by doing the same mistake over and over again. or offended him way too deep..(about family problems, etc) Your boyfriend just need sum time to be alone. Don't be too hard on urself. Take it easy, if u really love him and the other way round, i'm sure you guys will kiss&make up, learn a big lesson out of this arguement, and get to know each other way better than the past.. Good luck :D

Sounds like hes the girl in this relationship.
If you have clearly left the ball in his court and he doesnt get back to you, you have 2 choices:
1) leave it, and move on.
2) call him/visit him and try to work things out.
You need to decide if he is worth the hassle! 4 years is a long time for you to be having these kinds of problems, maybe you need to really think if its working out.

Men hang up the phone and walk away because they are pigs and can't take the fact that people disagree with them. or they don't like when people point out something that they don't like about themselves. Pretty much, they whine and cry about everything. I would tell him to grow a pair and stop runnin' off when things get too tough for him.

I think sometimes women will just hammer a guy and sometimes even myself i feel like ai'm getting no where in the conversation and rather than submit guys walk away.Someguys (who I think shouldn't just say what ever to keep peace ) well all guys are not like that.(thank God) let the guy have alittle space and think about it and then he can talk. Not alway's but sometimes the women just hammer relentlessly and it is better to walk.

He does not want to deal with the situation head on. U did the right thing by telling him to call him u, don't chase him. U need to teach him a lesson on respect though, try turning the tables on him by acting like him( had that done to me, lets say lesson well learned)

Well, think about it from another angel I think hanging up is better than ending the whole relationship. Hanging means time to think and to calm down it does not mean insulting.
Tell him u may use the same way with him if u are angry with him again.

THAT'S A COMMUNICATION PROBLEM ESPECIALLY IN A RELATIONSHIP THATS GOING ON FOR 4 YRS. ITS SHOW IMMATURITY ON THE MAN TO DO WHAT HE DID, YOU WAIT ON THE RIGHT TIME AND TRY TO TALK TO HIM ABOUT THIS AND SOLVE IT... DON'T LET IT JUST HANGING THERE UNTIL THE NEXT TIME COMES ALONG....
