NO NOT ME.
MY BROTHER-IN-LAW TOLD ME THAT HE DID.
WE LIVED WITH THEM FOR AWHILE AND I WORKED NIGHTS.
WHEN I GOT HOME ALL WAS IN BED.
SO I WOULD PRAY & READ MY BIBLE.
MY B-I-L SAID ONE NIGHT HE WAS FLYING OVER ME AND HEARD MY PRAYERS FOR HIS HEALING.HE SAID HE SAW MY TEARS AND TOLD ME WORD FOR WORD WHAT I HAD PRAYED.
SHORTLY AFTER THAT HE DIED.
SO HE RECIEVED A PERFECT HEALING

What you call an out of body experience is nothing more than a chemical imbalance in the brain that allows an individual to be conscious, while his body is paralyzed (as in sleep) while he is dreaming. History is full of these episodes misconstrued as visions or visitations. I don't recommend trying it yourself as there are already too many people out there who's lives have been messed up because they didn't know what they were dealing with.

Came close. Was sleeping, dreaming...then I sort of went through a tunnel and was thinking, "Oh, this is how to leave my body!" Turned out I was having night (day) mare. Creepy, man!
However: some articles say you have to develop your skill in astral projection, and eventually you could travel in spirit. This theory is the bane of transportation companies. Imagine starting a trip with an Ommmmm.....

We all travel sometimes during sleep. Natives use DREAMING
to achieve the astral state. Practice till you get to the state
between wakefulness and deep sleep.

I dont believe in ESP or anything like that...

I would "like" to believe, but, I have never seen an actual case, or any real hard evidence...(Hollywood is not included, because they can make up "any" story and make it apper real).

I have done meditation and have hit "nervana", where I am in a pure white state and all I see around me is white with my eyes closed, and a huge sense of euphoria... But, thats not any out of body experience, nor is is ESP.

I wish you well..

Only those who have died and saw the "tunnel of light", have had out-of-body experiences.
