it all started when our officemates teased us. i got "developed". the prob is, he is 41, im 27.

probably because ur officemates teasted him..he feels weird..so he must be trying to ignore and avoid u..to show people that u are not in his league...piece of sh*t..neways..try to attract him..dont pay attention..be a little hard..a little rude..and please try to change ur looks..as in make them better...appearnce is one of the most important things for attraction ...make sure u look the hottest in the office..!and act like u dont care much about ur "boss"

Age doesn't matter, honey. But if he doesn't pay you any attention, then don't worry about it. Clearly the feelings aren't mutual. If he ever did seem interested in you, then i would say go for it. Age doesn't matter and shouldn't matter unless it is an ultra-huge gap. but, since the 2 of you are of age, it shouldn't matter.

stay away too many possible complications -- thats probably why is not interested
the age is not a problem nothing else is a problem BUT harrassment or charges of harrassment are very serious so he stays aloof and safe and he protects you as well
