You make this sound like you already baked the cake and it is stuck in the pan. If you forgot to grease and flour the pan before you started, you may have some problems getting the cake out of the pan. If this is the case, I suggest placing the cake in the refrigerator for a couple hours. Remove the pan and then vigorously pop the pan around the sides and along the bottom. If this fails to loosen the cake, then while it is still cold, place it back in the oven for two or three minutes at the set baking temp. Hopefully the thermal exchange with the cold pan and cake and the warm dry oven will help loosen the cake.
In the future, try to remember to grease and flour the pan before you ad the cake mixture into the pan. One way to avoid having white flour on dark colored cakes is to save some of the cake mix and use it instead of flour when greasing and flouring the pan. If you use box mixes and plan to bake a lot of cakes that are the same, buy an extra no-name brand mix of the same type to use for flour. This works a lot better than trying to cover up the white splotches left by flour.

Grease the pan with butter and then pour some flour in it. Shake off the extra flour, and then pour in the batter. I do this all the time as I find that baking paper just doesnt do the trick. Also, when you take the cake out of the oven, use a wooden spatula and just stick this between the cake and the pan, just to get it a bit looser. Works for me like a charm. Good luck!

Let's say you DID spray the pan . . . . I get a piece of cardboard, cover it with aluminum foil, take the covered cardboard and place it on top of the cake, place hands on either side of the pan and cardboard and flip it over. It should come out easily. I do this all the time. I let the cake cool for about five minutes before doing this. It always turns out well. I especially like doing this with pineapple upside down cake. It works, trust me!

They make pans specifically for that purpose. It is similar to a spring form pan, where you push out the bottom, and the pan is not fluted. It will turn out flat, if you are using the pan stated. It needs to be in the angel food pan,because it expands as it bakes.

If you didnt grease the pan with Crisco, then cake will stick. Use a hamburger flip utensil to separate the cake from pan. ive done this. It works.

Did you coat the pan with butter and flour before putting the mix in it? If so, it should be easy enough to let the cake cool, cover it with an appropriate-sized platter or tray and the (while holding the plate tightly to the tray), flip it over.

PLace baking parchment in the pan before ou pour in the cake-mix. When it comes out the oven, leave to cool completely before even trying to remove it from the tin.

flip the cake upside down, over a cookie rack, or wire rack or wahtever you want to land on, a plate or whatever. and take the back end of a knife and gently tap the entire backside of the cake pan until you hear it flop out.
